Need some de-stressing at home?  I am going to try doing a free half hour singing bowl concert this Saturday, April 4, at 7:00 p.m.  Eastern Standard Time
As this is an experiment it may go a little rough but you are certainly welcome to listen if you have the mind too!
Starting 7ish  (if you don’t see me right away don’t worry might be having technical difficulties)

New Year’s Eve Singing Bowls Concert

Update!  Concert sold out.  Sorry for those who couldn’t get in.  Promise to have another soon!

Its official!  The New Years’ yoga class and singing bowl concert is on!  If interested recommend signing up fast as spots are going quickly already.  This  will be an all levels yoga class (even one at every level is welcome) followed by a singing bowl concert.  If you are in the New London area and want an alternate to your New Year’s celebration check it out.
